Matza Pizza

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 slices matza
1 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper
Tomato sauce
Grated cheese

Directions
1. Soak matza in water for 30 seconds, then break matza into a pan with melted butter.

2. Scramble eggs and pour into the pan. Mix together with matza.

3. Cover the pan and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes.

4. Flip onto a plate and place back in the pan on the other side.

5. Spoon tomato sauce on top of your “pizza base”, sprinkle with grated cheese, replace the lid and cook until the cheese has melted.

6. Cut into slices and serve. Serves 4.
