Herzlia High wins debating trophy

The team excelled in debating the topic under discussion: “Strict parents are worse than absent parents.” Joseph Zelezniak was named best speaker. The team included Sasha Rodenacker (chairperson), Sammi-Lee Levetan, Keshet Karidi, and Gottlieb and Emma Kibel. The last time Herzlia won this award was in 1990. Prior to that, it had a great run in the 1970s, winning the trophy in 1970, 1973, and 1979.
