King David Linksfield sweeps the stage at dance awards

Five schools competed in the competition: St Peter’s; St Mary’s; King David Linksfield; Parktown Girls; and Beaulieu College. Each school had to dance in two categories, namely theme (this year’s theme was titled “When all is said and done”), and a voluntary section. All dances had to be choreographed by the students themselves.
King David won Best dancer (Liah Abrams); Best choreographers (Amy Katzman, Adina Sender, and Shayna Slom); Best theme dance (choreographers: Amy Katzman, Adina Sender, and Shayna Slom; dancers: Dani Allan, Mia Silberman, Zara Jacobson, Amy Katzman, Tyla Heilbrunn, Erin Heilbrunn, Farra Rabinowitz, Liah Abrams, and Gabi Berkman).
The school also won the title of Best Overall (choreographers: Amy Katzman, Adina Sender, Shayna Slom, Dina Segal, and Shely Hadar; dancers: Dani Allan, Mia Silberman, Zara Jacobson, Amy Katzman, Tyla Heilbrunn, Erin Heilbrunn, Farra Rabinowitz, Liah Abrams, Gabi Berkman, Dina Segal, Shely Hadar, Hannah-Abby Sass, Shannon Wolpe, Yakira Riesenberg, Jesse Rubinstein, and Emma Freed).
