Rosabelle Klein, in an effort to support the riders, created T-shirts with “Lew Crew” on the front and “Riding for Wayne” on the back. These shirts were sold at school on the morning prior to the Cape Argus.

This week the school received a magnificent jungle gym in the shape of an aeroplane, bought with the proceeds of the T-shirts which each kid bought at the time.

The excitement was palpable when the kids saw this addition to the school playground. The yells of delight were most profound for everyone at the school who knew Wayne and who care very much for Ruth and her kids, Camden and Mason.

Pictured is the grade R group (of which Camden is a member), Camden’s mom Ruth and his brother Mason, all wearing their Riding for Wayne T-shirts.
