Cohen is a regular listener to 101.9 ChaiFM. Some weeks ago the Morningside-based  podiatrist heard SA Jewish Report’s first sponsored feature on the station on their “Personalised Family Fitness Package” and called to ask how he could become involved.

His was subsequently interviewed on Friday  November 20, which had a great impact, with listeners asking all sorts of questions. Garyn gave one lucky ChaiFM listener a free session and will be attending the event’s prize-giving on November 25 and answering lots of questions if his on-air inflow was anything to go by.

He currently runs two practices:

  • One in the sports medicine in the Morningside Medi-Clinic where he also has an on-site orthotic laboratory; and
  • A satellite-practice in Manor Medical Centre in Gallo Manor.
