Gary Player, one of the greatest golfers of all time, and South Africa’s most successful sportsmen. At the age of 29, Player won the US Open, and became the only non-American to win all four majors in a career. He won more than 150 professional tournaments on six continents over seven decades, and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. In 2000, Player was voted “Sportsman of the Century” in South Africa. Former United States President Donald Trump awarded Player the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He has always been an evangelist for South Africa and for a fit healthy life
