Guilty Wits students get merely slap on a wrist

After almost a year of investigation and disciplinary meetings the miscreants were sentenced to community service “of a nature to be determined”. The students involved treated his ruling with contempt and virtually laughed in his face. I doubt that any of them did even a minute of community service
Did he employ his leadership qualities in allowing these students to totally disregard him without recourse as far as I am currently aware?
This is a magnificent exhibition of leadership.
