Join Olga Meshoe for ‘Town Hall’ meet Sunday
“When Black and White Became Dangerously Grey” is the title of the 1st of a series of monthly “Town Hall” meets from Likud-SA. The speaker (& daughter of ACDP head) is a prominent attorney & a fervent fighter for Israel. The Beyachad meeting is free & will be held on Sunday at 6pm – but RSVPs are essential for security. Olga (pic) is COO of “DEISI” (Defend, Embrace, Invest, Support Israel). Many readers might know her as an extremely eloquent and inspiring orator, having spoken at both the Zionism indaba earlier this year and at the recent rally at Huddle Park.

Likud SA JHB, are commencing a programme of holding a “Likud Town Hall Meeting” every month on the first Sunday evening of the month, “whenever possible,” says Likud Gauteng Chairman Mike Fisher. “We will have a guest speaker at each meeting to open with – and thereafter discuss other matters relating to Israel affairs, Likud SA and Betar.”
The first such event will be held this Sunday, October 5, a18:00 at Beyachad in Johannesburg. The guest speaker will be Olga Meshoe.

Who is Olga Meshoe
Olga Meshoe describes herself as adventurous, energetic and possibly a little bit of a workaholic.
Before leaving seven years of full-time legal practice to pursue her passion, Olga was a partner in the banking and finance practice group of Webber Wentzel Attorneys.
Olga’s practice at Webber Wentzel saw her act on behalf of blue-chip clients such Standard Bank and Anglo American Finance – as well as state-owned entities such as Transnet in relation to general commercial, banking and finance law as well as domestic and cross-border debt capital markets transactions.
During her time at Webber Wentzel, Olga served on various firm and industry-wide committees, including being the youngest and only black chairman of a subcommittee of the South African Securitisation Forum.
Olga is now a Senior Transformation Facilitator and Manager at Transcend Corporate Advisors advising on all aspect of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (with a specific focus on strategy and training). She also serves as an in-house legal counsel for Transcend Capital.
In her free time, Meshoe enjoys reading and politics and is passionate about the development and upliftment of young people.
She sits as a director or trustee of numerous companies and trusts focused on community work and is also the leader of Vessels of Honour, a youth arts organisation based in Vosloorus that is aimed at giving young people who are gifted in the areas of music, drama and dance a platform to showcase their talents and opportunities be trained and mentored.
