This week SA Jewish Report Online gives away the last of the whopping R8,000 in tickets to attend the incredible THE ART OF THE BRICK EXHIBITION – the biggest and best LEGO exhibition ever held. The expo is currently running in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

And so, finally, WE NOW HAVE NO MORE TICKETS TO GIVE AWAY!

There were some unclaimed tickets which was great for the families of the builders who would have won four tickets each – but they will now get SIX each.

The last of the lucky winners this week is Lauri, who entered and said she would like to take her daughters. Jewish Report decided to spoil her and we have got an envelope with THREE tickets waiting for her!

The first of the Six-Ticket family prizes goes to the families of three-year-old Gilad Katzoff, whose entry is below, and his five-year-old brother Liron, whose entry is shown shown above right

Then there are Six tickets for the family of
of Daniel Engelberg (see his two entries below)
.

ALL competition prize-winners should contact Shereen Miller at (011) 430-1980 during office hours to arrange for the collection or delivery of their prizes.

Congratulations to all our users who won the prizes. We have no doubt that you enjoyed the Expo.

Pictured right and below this story are entries in the Build-&-Win-for-the-Family competition, both built by Daniel Engelberg, 13, a pupil at Yeshiva College and submitted by his father.

The rules for the builders were simple enough.

While there was a simple way to enter the competition, the Build-&-Win-for-the-Family competition saw two lucky families with clever little brick-builders winning tickets for their whole families worth almost R750.

The easier route can still win one of dozens of tickets. All in all we are giving away tickets worth a whopping R8 000 to our users over the next three weeks. And, with ticket prices for adults at R140 (and kids at R95) making it more affordable, or free, is not too shabby an idea.

The judging panel was not looking for engineers, geniuses, architects or sculptors – simply for players who use Lego blocks creatively in an age-appropriate manner. Jewish Report is hoping for as many entries as possible because we are hoping that the importers of Lego will give us regular product prizes to give away to our users in competitions.

A pre-schooler who could stack 12 blocks on top of each other with a consistent colour combination could even have win.

We told users that even a Lego set built according to their wonderfully illustrated diagrams could win. The entries did not have to be marvels of ingenuity.
