Looking for info: beaded Holocaust bracelets
About three years ago Jewish Report ran a story on a woman who was promoting Holocaust memorial beaded bracelets to raise funds for charity. The bracelets consisted of six yellow beads (representing the six million who perished in the Holocaust), a pewter disc with a Magen Dovid, with the rest black beads.

The price was R40 of which R25 went to the old black women who did the beading and R15 to Jewish charity.
Many of my friends asked me to buy some of these bracelets on their behalf.
