Sifrin part of a dying breed of Jews running for cover
I was somewhat alarmed at Geoff Sifrin’s Taking Issue column in respect of the “Hamas advert” by Friends of Israel in the Sunday Times.
Sonny Myerson
Sifrin states that “no matter how well composed it is, you cannot control how it will be exploited and understood by sectors of the newspaper’s colossal readership”.
Is this not the case for any article written by anyone, every day, all over the world?
What is Sifrin scared of? I think he belongs to a dying breed of Jews (thank G-d) who run for cover the moment something may rock the boat.
Congratulations to Friends of Israel for having the guts to stand up for us Jews (those who are not afraid). You deserve all the support you can get.
