Special Tefillah for 3 Israeli teens tonight
The Rabbis of the Yeshiva College Campus were shocked to get the news on Erev Shabbat that “3 precious Israeli children have been kidnapped by terrorists. We hope that by tomorrow evening they will be home safe and sound, but in the event that they are not, this service will take place,” they say. “With hopes and prayers for good news very soon.”

The Rabbis of the Yeshiva College Campus circulated the following letter on Sunday June 15:
“Dear Friends,
“We are sure that you are aware of the tragic crisis that Am Yisrael faces at this time.
“We were made aware of the terrible news on Erev Shabbat that three precious Israeli children have been kidnapped by terrorists.
“We, the Yeshiva College community, are further connected to this situation as two of the boys are students of the Mekor Chaim Yeshiva and one of the boys is the son of a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion – institutions with which we have very close relationships.
“We will be convening a special Tefillah in the Main Yeshiva College Shul this Monday evening to unite as a community and daven for the speedy and safe release of our precious boys.
“Mincha will begin at 17:15. Following that, we will recite Tehillim and share words of chizzuk, concluding with Maariv at 18:00.
“Please join us in davening for the speedy and safe release of these precious young boys: Naftali Frankel (Yaakov Naftali ben Rachel), Gilad Shaar (Gilad Michael ben Bat Galim) and Eyal Yifrach (Eyal ben Iris Teshura).
“In order to increase our learning at this time of great need for Am Yisrael, we have included links sent out by Yeshiva University to shiurim on the topic of Jewish unity. In this difficult time, tefillah, learning and unity are our strongest tools to request Heavenly help.
“We hope that by tomorrow evening they will be home safe and sound, but in the event that they are not, this service will take place.
“With hopes and prayers for good news very soon.
