* JH&GC and partners mark International Holocaust Memorial Day with keynote speaker, Prof Dina Porat, head historian, Yad Vashem, on “The Individual in Historic Turning Points: Abba Kovner and Lithuanian Jewry as a Test Case”. * The Cape Town Holocaust Centre is hosting the “International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust” and the official opening of the refurbished exhibition at the Centre.
