Sunday (May 8)
* Big Band Music Appreciation Society meets at St John’s College Auditorium in Houghton. The programme is compiled by Ron Cowley. A short DVD of Big Bands will be presented followed by an audio tribute to band leaders who have anniversaries and a DVD will be screened on “Two Girls and a Sailor”. Time: 14:15 sharp.
