Young ambassadors for Israel at Elphin Lodge

Dr Lydia Meshoe, president of Women of Destiny and wife of African Christian Democratic Party leader Kenneth Meshoe, brought three of the 30 black university students who visited Israel late last year, to the meeting.

She spoke movingly about the beauty of Israel which she and her husband have visited 13 times.
They are hoping that the students will mingle with other university students at the forthcoming BDS Anti-Israel Apartheid Week in March and spread positive sentiment about Israel. All three girls, all members of Deisi, spoke enthusiastically and with warmth of Israel.
