Young Amy helps to bring light into the world

Amy appealed to her fellow learners to donate candles, saying that “Yad’s recipient families need to fulfil the important mitzvah of lighting to bring in the Shabbat and Yomtavim and invite much needed light into the world”.

King David backed the project enthusiastically and Yad Aharon named Amy the “Yad Youth Hero of the Month”.
